Dorton House received 17 Seater Minibus from Vision

We are proud to have funded a 17 seater minibus which we recently handed over to Dorton House RLSB. This is the largest mini-bus we have donated, costing over £45,000. It exactly fits the multiple needs of many of the Dorton House children. This gift was made possible by a major private donation from another Trust Fund working with Vision Charity and by the efforts of our 2007 Flora London Marathon Runners.
We are delighted that Katie Price and Peter Andre, both Patrons of Vision Charity, agreed to participate in this ceremony.
Vision Charity has been actively supporting the RLSB, and Dorton House School in particular, for more than 20 years, funding a variety of requests including a soft play area, specialised computer equipment, the ‘Katie's Vision Playground and now the 17 seat Minibus.
Milton Margai School for the Blind in Sierra Leone
Last year, through the RLSB, Vision was introduced to the Milton Margai School for the Blind in Sierra Leone and, as a result, is now funding the building of their new accommodation blocks and refurbishing their resource centre, which will have a significant impact on visually impaired children in Sierra Leone.
